This is nothing like any of the instruments I'm used to playing (I.E. Bass, Acoustic/Electric Guitar, Piano, Tribal Drums.) For me, someone just starting, it wears me down to the extent of a session of Hardcore screaming. Much practice needed to master this instrument!
(On a side note, the new Mars Volta album, Octahedron is amazing, best album they've come out with since Deloused!)
